Meditation
Daily, except Tuesday, we offer a variety of meditations and Yoga. Our house guests and group participants as well as guests from outside are welcome to participate. Yoga and meditations are explained and lead; experience is not required.
Our meditations are rooted in different traditions. Some of them are dynamic, others more silent. The common idea of all meditation is to look inside and get quiet.

- Yoga with Dan - Dynamic Yoga for 1,5 hrs
