Meditation

Daily, except Tuesday, we offer a variety of meditations and Yoga for our house guests and group participants.  Guests from outside are welcome to participate for a fee of 3 Euro. Yoga and meditations are explained and lead; experience is not required.

Our meditations are rooted in different traditions. Some of them are dynamic, others more silent. The common goal of meditation is to look within and develop a quiet mind.

  • Yoga – Dynamic Yoga 1h for 5 Euro
