Since we are living quite close together and share this place with our paying guests, living and working in our community requires, beyond the necessary qualification in your respective field, an openness towards people, some flexibility, self-responsibility and a good portion of humor.
Living with us means working 33hrs/week in one of our main departments, participation in our obligatory community meetings and the department meetings. It means to give a hand if help is needed and a general support towards our community life.
Experience in meditation is welcome to support us in leading our weekly meditation.
What we offer you in return is room and board, pocket money after one month, free participation in our meditations and all community sponsored events; celebrations, parties, rituals and of course the opportunity to experience community life at Finca Argayall.
We are looking for mature and experienced people with a longterm perspective in the following fields:
- Leader for the technical department -in addition to the generally required skills he should be able to lead the team and do planning and organisation. Currently this position is taken.
- Technician/handyman with all round skills, experience in electrics, mechanics, plumbing and maintenance.

- Cook with professional experience in vegetarian kitchen
- Gardener preferably with expierence in permaculture gardening. Currently we are full in the garden team.
For a limited period of time (three months at least) we are looking for:
- kitchenhelper
- Laundry and room cleaning
English speaking is required for all positions.
